Lisa bidrar med ett internationellt recept: APPLE CAKE (Tyvärr misslyckades jag att ladda upp bilden här, men jag kan tala om att den ser helt fantastikt god ut!)
ING: 2 eggs, 200g melted butter, 2 dl sugar, 2 dl vanligt vetemjöl, 3 big apples, cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 50g shopped almond
1. Preheat oven at 175’C
2. Mix 2 eggs, 200g melted butter, 2 dl sugar, 2 dl vanligt vetemjöl well. Pour the dough into none stick baking form. (The dough will be very sticky)
3. Peel the apples, each apple should be cut into 10 to 12 pieces and press into the dough.
4. Spread cinnamon powder, 1 tablespoon sugar, 50g shopped almond on top of the dough.
5. Put in the oven 40 to 45 minutes
6. Serve with vanilla sauce.
